Photo Enhancement of Graduation Memories

I need a freelancer to help me with some photo enhancement. I've lost access to my college graduation photos and the only remnants I have are iPhone pictures of the professional photos on a laptop screen. I need 6-10 of these photos to be enlarged and enhanced, particularly sharpening them and improving their overall quality. I would be forever grateful for your help.
