Photo Editing for overexposed background/underexposed foreground portrait

Hi! We have 3 photos of a person (upper torso portrait) standing against the window. They are in RAW FORMAT. The window is overexposed, the person is underexposed and looks like they stand in a shade (but not badly underexposed). Looking for someone with experience for this type of editing who would be able to produce high quality NATURAL looking edited version. Also who would be able to edit the images beyond exposure to make it look better and high quality in general (perhaps enhanced contrast, colors, etc).
