Photo Editing - Shirt Replacement & Beard Filling -- 2

I need a photo editor who can change the shirt in the image to a formal white dress shirt and fill in the beard keep it a stubble but not patchy. The priority is on changing the shirt, needed for a job posting and the buttoned down flannel looks unprofessional so I need someone who can do this flawlessly and make it look natural and realistic. Ideal skills include:
