Photo Editing: Shirt Correction & Skin Retouching

I'm looking for a photo editor to enhance a personal photo by removing crinkles from the front of my shirt, making it sit nicely on me, and doing some skin retouching.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or similar software
- Experience in clothing correction and skin retouching
- Good understanding of enhancing personal photos
