Photo Editing: Remove Person

I need two pictures edited to remove a person. I've attached a screenshot with a red box around the person to be edited out, as well as the two pictures needing edits.

Would be good to move the other people not edited out closer to the center.

Requirements:

- The area where the person is removed should be filled with a blended background based on the surrounding area.
- The final images will be used for professional purposes, so high quality is essential.
