Photo Editing: Overexposure Correction

I'm in need of a skilled Photoshop professional who can help with photo editing. The specific task at hand is reducing overexposure in some of my image.
I may also need my younger sons head corrected...using just a samsun phone, i placed a photo i had of him smiling over the phot i took of him crying...its not too bad, but its blurry a bit around his head and his head looks a lottle too big...if you can help with this issue awesome if not its ok...i cannlive with it. The main issues is the over exposer on the left of my daugther and the left of my son. Yourll see
