Photo Editing - Lip Closure

I need a photo editor to help with closing the lips in one of my pictures. The edited lips should be moderately realistic, not cartoon-like but also not hyper-realistic. The image won't be used in a professional capacity, but it is important that the edit is neat and doesn't look out of place.
