Photo Editing: Extend and Background Change

I’d appreciate an expert photo editor to extend my photo and replace the background with outdoor garden scenery. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of color correction, object removal, and background change. Please see additionally attached photo with markings, as I would like our shoes to be seen in the newly extended photo as well as the slit in my dress fixed (see red arrow). If possible, edit little boy on left to look directly at the camera. Please also smooth out any wrinkles in our clothing, thank you! :)
