Photo Editing: Add People in Photoshop

I need help with a specific task in Photoshop - adding 1-2 friends and family members to a photo.
Looking for someone to add my oldest son to a photo of my dad and my twins. He unfortunately passed away right after they were born and we never got a photo of them all together. I have two photos of him with the twins. Not sure if it would be easier to create a whole new photo will everyone together. Let me know what you need! I’ll post the photo I have.
