Photo Editing

My wedding photos needs some TLC. My sister took the photos and they are all either dark or washed out. She has given me full rights to edit the photos however I want. I'm not good at editing photos, nor do I have the time to do it. I'll include a few photos and the agreement between the photographer (my sister) and I. Please help!
