Photo Editing

I am desperately looking for someone who can help me with this picture from our wedding. This was taken with an iPhone and obviously the quality is horrible. Ideally I would love for the quality to be improved and for the the additional people to be removed (so that the only people are the bride and groom). I would also love for the picture to be able t be cropped a bit so the subjects can appear closer up. Please let me know if you can help :) Unfortunately our photographer did not get this shot so this is my only option. I can explain in further detail if needed.
