Photo Edit and Design with themeing

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to retouch and design 16 or more photos.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in basic retouching techniques
- Experience with skin smoothing, blemish removal, and background cleanup is a plus
- Familiarity with design tools and software
- Attention to detail and a creative eye

i have colleted about 50 photos. i will be using them to my website so i need someone to make them all in one theme colors and design, add the logo

each photo must also contain its describtion which i mention on it file name.
