Photo Background Darkening

I need the background of my photo to be simply darkened so it’s not as visible anymore. If it can be made more aesthetic generally that would be great.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
- Experience in manipulating photo backgrounds
- Attention to detail
