Personal Photo Retouching and Color Correction

I'm looking for a professional to enhance and refine some personal photos of mine. The photos ate taken underwater, diving with whale sharks where there is poor visibility and I would like this fixed as much as possible while maintaining a realistic look.

The purpose of these edits is for personal use.
