The primary tasks include:
- Background removal
- Photo retouching and enhancements

For this project, the goal is to achieve a balanced blend between real and surreal, while being careful not to distort the naturalistic feel of the images. It's important to keep the edits subtle enough not to be too jarring, while still achieving the desired improvements.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has:
- Proven experience in similar projects involving naturalistic photo editing
- An eye for detail, ensuring precision in the background removal process
- Advanced Photoshop proficiency, particularly in retouching and enhancements
- Creative skills for the creation of composite images
- Respect for the original feel of each photo while making all the necessary enhancements
