PSD Website Photoshop With Very Attractive Graphics

Hope you are doing well.

I have a PSD file for my desktop website layer.

I want you to improve my PSD and make it look better whilst also optimising it for mobile with a mobile PSD template...

I am thinking about changing up the lower 3 sections / caves for a different background. Do you have any further ideas to make our PSD look better with nice graphics?

Pls tell me the cost and time. I will need unlimited revisions till satisfied,
