PHOTO EDITING EXPERT/PHOTOSHOP for making Football TEAM picture

IM ASKING FOR AN EXPERT IN PHOTO EDITING AND PHOTOSHOP. NOT SOMEONE THAT THINKS HE/SHE IS.
So mutch low quality here. I need an expert to make a Football TEAM picture. I lost connection with my Freelancer, AGAIN. only this time Im not waiting anymore.
The last thing done was the attached picture. We need to start from scratch. 34 persons added to look like a team and one single picture. I have edits before setting them up. In the end Im gonna need to look good in colours, same colour jerseys, sharp, another background and text and logos there somewhere. Also in the right size, I have the height of everyone on the picture, you can also see attached picture for more details so far.
100 cm X 70 cm in the end. Rim light too. QUALITY ALL THE WAY. Anyone?
