Night-Time Photo Enhancement Project

I'm looking for an experienced Photoshop editor capable of altering some pictures for me. The task purely revolves around color adjusting, giving a day to night transformation while simultaneously amplifying the effects of sparklers in the image.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in Photoshop with a focus on color adjustment.
- Prior experience in creating night time settings from day pictures.
- Capability to retain and enhance the subject while maintaining a dark and moody aesthetic.
Please note, specific color changes aren't defined, but the overall mood should align with a dark and moody aesthetic. Transforming the daytime mood into a night setting while still highlighting the sparklers is the main point of focus.
