Need help editing a photo

I need a photo to be edited to make the individual look closer to 50 and to change some other aspects of the photo(removes glasses and change hair color). I have tried age filters through some apps and it does not look good. I am looking for someone skilled in photo editing to manually edit the photo. I can provide more details in a private chat.
