Need custom weapon skin for CS:GO (No Placeholder bid & No Auto bidders)

I need a custom weapon skin for Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO). The specific skin needed would be for the “AK47".
Please answer on following questions when bidding on my request:
1. Did you create a CS:GO already in the past?
2. Are you aware of all Valve guidelines and the guidelines of the submission to Valve of a Skin?
3. Are you aware of the details that need to be considered when creating a skin for CS:GO, such as wear patterns, alpha channels, etc.?
4. If you haven´t any experience in creating a CS:GO skin, will you inform yourself and acquire the necessary knowledge so that the skin can be successfully created and then also submitted to Valve?

2. Valve Texture Format (.vtf) file
3. Workbench (.text) file
4. Source Image (.tga) file
5. A small description in case I need to adjust something while submitting the skin in the Workbench Editor.
**I´ll get the entire copyright and source files of the skin for further use including a copyright permission letter that confirms I´m the full copyright holder as a prove.**
