Need to change face on photo

Need to change the face of the man in the photo, I have an old, black and white photo of a person who is very similar to the one in the photo, so need to change the facial features so that we get the person we need in the photo. Work for super professionals only. I myself am fluent in Photoshop, but I don't have time to do it myself right now. Will send images after interview.
