Need a High End Fashion Photo Editor

I am looking for a high end photo editor who has experience with high end fashion photo editing. I can pay upto $3 per image. I can provide 4 images for now for high end editing. The successful freelancer might get a chance to work with us in the future.
Tasks: High End retouching, Color Correction, Color Grading and Image manipulation (for some pictures and areas)
