Need EXPERT photo editor - MUST WORK FAST

We have images from a photoshoot that need a few changed.

1.) Need the images to be higher resolution using AI or other method.
2.) Remove graininess and restore quality
3.) Remove background from certain photos
4.) Change/fix colors from bad lighting.
