Muscle Car Touchup (Digital Art)

What appear to be minor touch ups to me (I am not an artist and make no claims) - fixing digital art to correct details or slightly modify. There is a 'wick' of red flames/tendrils obscuring the center of the bumper/grill - these need to be removed with attention given to maintaining symmetry in that area. The passenger side 3rd headlight needs to be spaced so as to match the spacing of the other two. The drivers side headlights have the same issue. The hood scoop also needs to be corrected (it is completely wacky and I would like it to look more realistic) simple is probably preferred but I don't have a problem with creative freedom on the hood scoop. The tendrils of color emminating off the hood scoop and obscuring the windshield are okay to preserve - they do not need to be removed. The image requires no further modifications. It is likely I will have at least 30 more images requiring similar touch ups. Thanks for reviewing this request for quote
