Multi-Character (ProCreate/Photoshop) Digital Anime Artwork Busts

I am working on an NFT project and I need to make about five different characters shoulder-up, like a headshot (you'll be able to trace most of this from the examples I send). Each character will need distinct characteristics that could be mixed and matched with the other characters. I want each characteristic saved as a new layer so that they can be mixed and matched at random. The different characteristics will be
1. Hair
2. Glow (around the character)
3. Mouth
4. Nose
5. Eyes
6. Clothes
7. Background
6. Face/body shape

I don't want to release what EXACTLY the characters are but I will post something similar to give an idea.
