Modify Text on Patterned Scanned Image

I need to make a partial text modification on a scanned image (drivers license). The background of the image is patterned

Key Requirements:
- Modify the specified parts of the text without altering the overall aesthetic of the image.
- replace two pictures with provided photos
- Use the same font style as the existing text.
