Modify Lithium-ion Battery for Safety Demo

I'm seeking an expert who can modify a Lithium-ion battery to create slight swelling or bulging. I am only looking to create swelling over top of the black label. Please reference images online from "DJI battery swelling" and try to maintain as much of the orignal text and symbols as possible.

This is probably the easiest thing to do (stretch an image), yet my monkey brain cannot comprehend PhotoShop for the life of me.
