Mockup Designer & Shopify Store Assistant
Budget: $500 – $1,000 USD
Are you equal parts designer and doer? We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between creative and operations—a Shopify-savvy product designer who can also keep our store looking sharp and running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who’s skilled in Photoshop, understands visual consistency, and loves turning mockups into product pages that sell. You’ll help manage our growing catalog, ensure our visuals are on-brand, and use data to guide smart merchandising decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Product Design & Visuals
*Create and edit product mockups using Photoshop (template-based system)
*Ensure all images follow brand standards for sizing, placement, lighting, and consistency
*Assist with visuals for promotions, email campaigns, and homepage banners
Store Management
*Upload and manage products, variants, and collections in Shopify
*Update collection pages, landing pages, and navigation as new products launch
*Optimize titles, descriptions, and alt tags for SEO and clarity
Assessing & Reporting
*Monitor product performance and identify top sellers and underperformers
*Recommend updates, removals, or bundle strategies based on sales data
*Support marketing rollouts by ensuring store assets are timely and accurate
What You Bring:
*Strong Photoshop skills (mockup templates, image cleanup, batch editing)
*Experience managing products in Shopify
*Sharp eye for layout, branding, and visual storytelling
*Organized and efficient with handling large batches of SKUs
*Comfort working with product analytics to make merchandising decisions
Bonus Points If You:
*Know your way around Illustrator, Canva, or Capcut
*Have experience with fitness or martial arts brands (BJJ a plus!)
*Understand the rhythm of ecommerce and seasonal drops
