Minutes to Memories

I have a friend that owns a crab boat and i would like to get tshirts and hoodies for him. but im not a good boat drawer. i have pictures that i like but they were taking from a cell phone and the picture isn't good. good but not good to transfer to a shirt. so i need help please. I want the picture on the back and something like a crab on the front pocket. I would also like " TIGHTEN UP across the top of the picture and the boats name across the bottom.
