Making Black and white background and keep the color of the model and clothes

I am looking for a skilled photo editor to help me with a project that involves converting backgrounds to black and white while keeping the model and clothes in their original color vibrant.

Purpose: Commercial Use

Number of images: More than 20

Editing style preference: Clean and Minimalistic

Skills and Experience needed:
