Make person look fitter

I'm looking for someone to help me make a person look fitter, my last freelancer didn’t finish the picture off to my satisfaction.
The image needs to be trimmed down to make him look fitter around the chest area and tummy.
Once that is done, I would like to download the image then for the freelancer to change the color of the top and hat, to the maroon one attached with all the maroon ones logo’s and crests, then download that image also.
