Looking for a professional photo editor, can pay $60 for 2000 edits

I am looking for an experienced photo editor. I mainly shoot Indian weddings, so images are all different and need different types of editing style. The project includes cropping, colour correction, objects removing, sharpness, smoothness and other things (no all of the images need a very special treatment).

I am happy to pay $60 per 2000 edits.
