Looking for a designer to design a logo for business

Looking for a photo and video editor for the ad creatives for Instagram and Facebook. Let me know if some one who wants to work on side projects on monthly basis. We get 10-12 photos and videos a day and we want the person who have excellent skills in photos and videos editing as well has skills in creating ad creatives for higher engagment.
The price will be 5k-6k INR a month
