Looking for a concept artist to redesign the first level of my 2D mobile puzzle game.

Looking for a concept artist to enhance the design of the first level of my 2D mobile puzzle game. I want you to take my design and make it better while sticking to the structure and functionality of the gameplay. It’s a single screen level meaning you see all of the level on the phone screen at once with no scrolling, flip screen, or 3D movement. Attached is a picture of the level. I will also supply an animated previsualization of how it works and some photos for design inspiration.
I will require the successful applicant to sign an image release form giving me copyright over the content they create.
