Lipstick Erasure from HD Hand Photo

I require a photographer with excellent photo-editing skills who can seamlessly remove lipstick from a small area of a hand in an HD photo (resolution between 720p and 1080p). The final result should be a completely lipstick-free, well-blended and natural-looking hand. To do this job successfully you should be adept in using professional photo editing software and have a solid understanding of color and texture blending.
