I'm seeking a designer who can create a light-colored background overlay for pre‑printed security paper.
I have pre-printed security paper featuring an anti-copy pantograph and an ink watermark that’s too bold. I need a designer/printer to add a light, tinted background overlay using Pantone or CMYK, so that the watermark is subdued but still functional. The final file should be print-ready, and able to be printed at home or by a print shop.
I need a subtle, consistent color layer to cover the watermark while preserving security features. Precision in color and transparency is vital.

-Apply 20–30% opacity or halftone.
