Image editor with some Photoshop experience

Hi freelancers,
For this project I am looking for an image editor who is able to select images from database of computer generated images and then modify some of them slightly (remove small mistakes with simple Content Aware Fill tool). If you have used Photoshop before you know this is a very basic and simple technique if not, you can learn it in 5 minutes if you have the latest Photoshop.
You do no not need to do any manual or technical editing with the images simply remove some small minor mistakes with this tool.
However more important than that is your ability to pay attention to detail and have some passion towards art, graphic design and visual design. This is needed so that we are both on the same page what is a good composition, what looks good etc.
You should have at least 2-3 hours free in the next coming weeks to work on this project.
