- Job Responsibility: Handle customer inquiries via email and strive to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Email Volume: On a daily basis, you can expect a volume of less than 100 emails.
- Ideal Candidate: It would be beneficial if you have experience in customer service and have excellent written communication skills. Previous work experience with being responsive and attentive to customer inquiries via email is an asset. Ability to exhibit patience and empathy in customer interactions is a must.
