High end landscape photo editing

I am looking for a retoucher to work with me on a REGULAR BASIS on my fine art photography portfolio. Services will require a very high level of photo editing and manipulation skills. Edits that I typically make include stitching of multiple images, sky replacement, removal of objects, and color correction. I print my photographs extremely large and therefore I demand a very high level of resolution and perfection in the details. Please respond to me only if you have a strong body of reference projects that you can share that demonstrate the skills that I am seeking. I also am seeking someone who is very responsive and even would be able to do zoom meetings with me so that I can share my screen and directly show the edits that I need.
