ONLY TAKE THE TEST IF:
1) YOU KNOW HOW TO CREATE LAYERS WITH PHOTOSHOP;
2) SPEAK GOOD ENOUGH ENGLISH TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY WITH ME AND READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS;
4) YOU COMPARE YOUR EDITS TO THE FINAL EDITS I INCLUDE IN THE DOWNLOADS AND YOUR EDITS ARE AS GOOD AS OR BETTER THAN MY EDITS.
I am in need of two or three individuals to perform HDR Photo Editing services on Real Estate (homes) photography. This will include COLOR CORRECTIONS, Layering windows to adjust lighting inside/outside, Brightness/Contrast Correction. THIS IS AN ONGOING business/job… meaning I am looking for someone who will be working with me a year or two or three from now… and can do 2 to 4 jobs a week. I am looking for consistent, reliable, skilled individuals who can do the work.
Each property is approximately 25 to 45 images. Pay is $75 to $135 per property ($3.00 per image)… some images will take 5 minutes while other images may take 30 minutes to edit… it should average 5 to 8+ hours per property.
I photograph homes that are available for sale. The final images are used on the Internet and for brochures and other marketing materials to sell homes. I NEED HIGH QUALITY REALISTIC EDITING - IMAGES MUST LOOK GREAT. AGAIN.... REALISTC, NATURAL LOOKING IMAGES.
You should be able to handle 2 to 4 projects a week with 24 to 48 hour turnaround time. Each project will be between 25 to 45 HDR images. The person(s) MUST BE an expert with Photoshop and Lightroom. I will send you the HDR Image and you will need to correct color, brightness, saturation, hues and so on. In many cases, the windows of the home will need to be layered so that the brightness and colors can be adjusted, without affecting the other layers (increase the brightness inside of the house without increasing the brightness outside). If you are a Photoshop/Lightroom expert, you should be able to eventually do edit each property in 5 to 8 hours.
The images you send back to me MUST BE AS GOOD AS OR BETTER than the final images I included. DO NOT SEND ANY IMAGES BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL.
Once you have worked on the images AND HAVE COMPARED THEM TO MY FINAL IMAGES (INCLUDED), if they are as good as or better than mine, please send back FULL SIZED UNSHARPENED UNCOMPRESSED .JPG’s
I will not be using the images for anything other than for this test so you may watermark the images if you wish. Once I find one or two individuals who can do as good a or better than my work (SEE MY FINAL IMAGES), I will send you a 2nd test of a complete property and I will pay you for the test.
