Graphic designer needed to make book from PDFs

I have about 100-200 PDF scans of recipe cards that I want to turn into a book. The PDFs need editing to remove black borders (they were recipe cards that were scanned with the lid of the scanner left open) and then arranging into a format that can be sent to a printer. Also need to write an index for the recipes.
