Graphic Modification for Ads

I need several photos and/or images modified for ads. The modifications needed are resizing and text overlay.

Requirements:
- Resize images to custom dimensions I will provide
- Add text overlays as specified

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with image modification
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
