Graduation Photo Editing and Adjustments

I need some adjustments made to my graduation photo to enhance its presentation.

Specific Edits:
- The hat should be reduced in height and so the white ribbon is barely visible
- The left collar needs to be tucked under the tie completely.
- The green robe on the left of suit should be centred to mirror the right side

Ideal Skills:
