Glasses Removal & Skin Smoothing

I need a photo editing professional to help me with a picture where I need the glasses on my face removed and some minimal skin smoothing. The final image shouldn't look overly airbrushed, and I want my freckles to stay present on my cheeks, nose, and forehead, I just don’t like how large my pore look and how textured skin is! The final image should look slightly retouched.
