Hi - I have an urgent document due. Currently the outline of the information is in a csv file online. Each line represents a point or page. There are 60 lines. It is not 100% complete so I would need to be able to have it in an editable format. I broke my right arm - so am not after perfection - just structure as quickly as possible.
