Foreground Object Removal in Photos

I am needing 8 people removed from my wedding pic from 25 years ago to give to my wife next week (7/10) for our anniversary since she has been wanting a pic of just us two by ourselves and can't find one and the original photographer passed away years ago. Is this something you could do to have as an 8x10 size? We are the third and fourth from the left. Thanks! BM
