1920s Flapper Makeup Enhancement

Long story short, I need to take (1) 1920s-style photo from a touristy vintage photo shop along a boardwalk and touch up / put period-appropriate makeup on the woman. I was able to upload the reference photos, but the source image I want edited is 30mb and it wouldn't let me upload.
