Finalizing a Photoshop (PSD) Project – Title Replacement and Background Cleanup

I need a skilled Photoshop freelancer to complete an unfinished design project within 2 days (deadline: Monday or Tuesday at the latest).
The tasks include:
Using the provided PSD and TIF source files (large format).
Replacing the diploma title with a new one (the correct font will be provided in TIF format).
Cleaning up and fixing background imperfections caused by the previous use of the magic eraser.
Making white borders uniform and consistent.
Ensuring only the name "ARICHE AHMED" is retained.
Ensuring the final result looks authentic and professionally printed.
Reducing the file size to make it printable on low-memory printers without visible quality loss.
What will be provided:
