Family Portraits Photoshop Expert Needed

I'm looking for a skilled Photoshop expert to enhance my family portraits. The tasks will include color correction, skin smoothing, and changing the current background to a more appealing outdoor scenery.
I have 30 portraits and group photos that require professional editing. The tasks include changing the backgrounds to a standard portrait studio look or an outdoor location (midwestern trees or something) and performing color correction. There is one photo "All Family" that I would like to know pricing on removing cardboard cutouts of 2 members and replacing with photos of those people. I have included a few samples of the photos.
