Family Photo Re-editing And Person Replacement

I require the expertise of a skilled photo editor to work on a family photo of mine.
Key Tasks:
- Removing an existing individual from the photo.
- Replacing the removed person with another person already selected from a separate photo.
- adding a smile to an individual
- placing a small dog forward facing.
Ideal Candidate:
